Oversee the customer service operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to finding effective solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service standards and enhance the overall customer experience.
Develop and implement inspection procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and services to identify any issues or maintenance requirements.
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports based on inspection findings and present them to senior management.
Include detailed information on maintenance requirements, areas of improvement, and suggested rectifications.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address any reported issues promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, facility management, or any customer service or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
