As a Customer Service Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the customer service team and ensure that customers receive excellent service at all times. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints and feedback, training and coaching customer service staff, and implementing processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
Individual to have Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication skills and conflict resolution skills Experience with customer service software and tools Prior experience in managing a team of customer service staff is a plus, but not required.
