Customer Service Manager ($5000 $6500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Managing stocks within contractual obligations.
- Ensure adherence and compliance of the site.
- Deliver contractual commitments such as inventory and cost reductions in the logistics ensuring efficiency.
- Deliver necessary reports, KPIs, and feedback to the management teams.
- Establish supplier partnerships and build relationships with relevant key stakeholders.
- Manage the warehouse and procurement team.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or any related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management and sales order processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
