Support publishers onboarding from initial conversation to going live on our platform
Work closely with customers to help achieve their goals on the platform
Be the customer owner for the platform, ensuring that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved quickly
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices for using our platform to maximize their revenue
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise for clients
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve as needed
Be the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product and engineering teams on customer needs and pain points
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to inform client interactions and platform improvements
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
