Central working location (Nearest MRT - Bugis or Nicholl Highway) Work life balance, Mon to Fri, 830am to 530pm Experience in trading and distribution industry RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overall Customer Service activities: Delivery/ Leadtime Issues/ Claim/ Cost issues - Find solutions for Customers Manage CS Team (currently 4 Cs) Hold weekly internal meeting Customer Service Members to resolve delivery issues Assist team on work allocation /improve team morale Create SOP for operations workflow REQUIREMENTS: Singaporean Only Proficient in Microsoft Excel Team player and dynamic personality Have 2 to 4 years working experience preferably in Customer Service / Sales Coordination
