As a Customer Service Manger at Ambiq, you will drive the intersection of the Voice of the Customer and internal operations. This role will work with Ambiq\'s customers, distributors, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure a positive experience for our customers and maximum revenue attainment. Salesforce and Tensoft will be the tools used to manage demand. The successful candidate will understand the semiconductor industry. They will be a self-starter, very organized, diligent with details, a great communicator and excel at customer interaction. The person in this role will own order management for their assigned customer base. They will work directly with distributors and customers to ensure orders, Point-Of-Sale (POS) data, inventory data and product returns (RMA) are managed carefully. This person will manage regional Sales & Customer communications for their assigned customer base including lead time updates, pricing updates, part status.
