Job Description


  • Responsible for leading and managing the technical, customer service & spare parts department.
  • Co-ordinate, plan and execute technical and customer service activities.
  • Able to enhance the quality of service, technical knowledge and improve the process.
  • To ensure that the customer services function is trained to deliver an efficient service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong in analysing technical data, generating monthly report for both management and suppliers.
  • To provide monthly customers quality report and analysis to management.
  • Able to communicate with both internal & external customers.
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical, leadership and organizational skills
  • Dynamic, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Customer oriented and able to think out of the box
