Job Description


As a Customer Service Manager, you will be the pillar for both the customer service and internal sales team. Whilst managing a team of 4, you will be reporting to the SEA Commercial Manager, of Aerospace PPG. This role is based in Seletar, Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

Manage the customer service team to ensure all work are properly handled in a timely manner.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure KPIs are met.

Provide resolutions on matters that are escalated to ensure that it is resolved

Review on process and identify potential work stoppage

Maintain and build good working relationship with customers

Follow up on sales enquires and provide sales quotation

Handle complaints and work with the relevant departments to resolve or provide solution on the complaints

Liaise with call ins on new business opportunities.

Develop profitable business with new and existing customers

Export Control Compliance management - identify potential export control compliance (ECC) violations

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in related field - aerospace, aviation or chemicals

Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree

Team management experience is an advantage

Must have past customer service experience

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have good potential and profile
