Job Description

• Position : Customer Service Manager
• Location : Ubi
• Working hours : 5 Days/ office hours
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + AWS + 14 days annual leave + GP visits/ dental claims after confirmation
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Manufacturing industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders
• Send order confirmations
• Process customer quotes
• Contact vendor for price and delivery information
• Check price and stock per customer request
• Interact with Outside Sides regarding quotes
• Send customer quotes
• Send direct ship PO to the vendors
• Check price and stock for Outside Sales
• Answer incoming sales department phone calls
• Expedite customer orders
• Provide tracking information
• Print pick ticket for Hot orders
• Other duties as directed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or any related field
• 2 - 4 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of sales order processing
• Ability to multitask and handle difficult situations professionally
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
