-To attend to telephone and email enquiries with regards to the facilities and services
-To collect deposits, rent and relevant charges, issue pin number / access cards, issue sales invoices and official receipts. data entry tenants\xe2\x80\x99 details, preparing bank in slips for cash and cheque payments.
-To attend to handover and takeover of premises when required.
-To ensure proper filing of customers\' records.
-Take charge of reception counter duties.
-Receive, sort and dispatch letters / packages.
-To generate monthly reports for Management.
-To attend to any emergency calls when contacted and notify the Management at the earliest opportunity, upon resolving the problem.
