Manage telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
Experience in call centre, banking or customer service environment would be advantage.
A pleasant voice, positive and good telephone manner as well as attentive listening and communication skills
Explore and introduce different type of services and options that are available to clients.
Organize and analyze customer intention and information.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Maintain and update customer\'s records.
Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Requirements
Min GCE O or N levels or diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
You are customer-oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
