Job Description
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our clients
Salary Range: $2,500-$3,000
Work Location: Suntec
Work Schedule
1. Comfortable with rotational shift 24 hours
2. 44 hours per week
3. 5.5 days of work per week
1. 1-2 years of inbound call center environment (min 6 months)
2. Education background: O Level (min N Level)
3. Multitask – logging the call while on the call
4. Objection handling to prevent the call from being escalated to the next level
5. Fast paced environment
