Position Title: Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Coordinator
Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.45pm; Alternate Sat 8.30am–12.30pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Meal Allowance + Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Process customers’ orders using WMS
Liaise with internal stakeholders to fulfill customers’ order and meet their requirements
Maintain all shipping and tracking records of customer inventory and movement using WMS
Prepare inventory reports

At least 1 year of experience in third-party logistics industry
Able to perform overtime when necessary
