Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Transport Department) / Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Buroh Crescent (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am-5.45 pm; Alternate Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + Allowances + Bonus
Salary Range: SGD 2,500 - SGD 2,700
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in Permit declaration
Open job order for trucking activities and process the job order till its completion
Monitor progress of job orders and shipments to meet trucking/shipment deadline
Advise customers on delivery schedules
Close job orders and billing
Coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfil customers' requirements
Attend to customer's enquiries and requests

Diploma holder with at least 1 year of related working experience.
Able to perform overtime when necessary
