Key Responsibilities
To assist in the Customer Service Department
Handle air and sea bookings.
Liaise with air and sea carriers.
Liaise with customers.
Handle all sea shipment documentation.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Able to use and handle Microsoft office and emails.
