Job HighlightsLocation: Raffles PlaceWorking Hours: 5days work week 9am-6pms Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow SOPs when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Build sustainable relationships and engage customers Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitativeJob Requirements Min.
