Customer Service Officer

5 Days (Mon-Fri)

s:
  • Coordinate and arrange day-to-day operations and transactions for freight forwarding and other related activities.
  • Manage job file creation, costing and other data entries
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Handle and resolving disputes with client/agent
  • Ensure proper and timely billing / closing of all job files
