Customer Service Officer
5.5 Days 11.30am - 8.00pm | 11.30am - 5.00pm
Salary: $2,200 - $2,500

Requirements:
- Training Provided
- Ensures all interactions with customers are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to Company\'s policies and procedures
- Handles all customers\' requests promptly and resolved to customers\' satisfaction
- Handle enquiries & explaining and guiding customers on loan application
- Reporting to the Funding Manager, provide customer service to all customers, especially in handling telephone and walk-in enquiries on loan application procedures
- Assist the Funding Manager to keep track of all loan and feedback from customers
- Assumes any other duties as assigned by Management
