Job Description
- 6 months contract role - Customer Service
- 5 days work week; 9AM-5:30PM
- Location: Tai Seng
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the front-liner to engage on customer call & provide customer support
- Liaise with cross department to resolve customer\'s enquiries & be prompt in responding to customers soonest possible
- Process administration duties such as update on enquiry orders & status into company\'s system
- Prepare job updates management review
