Customer Service Officer (6 Months Contract Property Management)

Job Description
This position is for Leo Property Management Pte Ltd, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
You will be assigned at Fourth Avenue Residences (Stationed at Bukit Timah), walking distance from Sixth Avenue MRT.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1) Unit Quality Check prior to handover
2) Preparation and handing over of units to home buyers
3) Handle feedback and enquiry from home buyers
4) Handover of document, drawings, common properties to MCST
- Min GCE O Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec.
- Diploma in Property Management / Building Services / Facilities Management on equivalent will be an advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Self-driven team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
