Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Assistant
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (9 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Bonus + Performance Commission + Medical Card + Annual Leave
- Duration: Permanent
- Attend to walk-in customers, call-in customers, and email-in customers.
- Follow through with customer requests (enquiry, quotation, confirm artwork, place order, delivery, and repeat order).
- Support outdoor sales personnel.
- Prepare invoices for all printed products and key in daily order in the company accounting system.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
