Job Description

- Position Title: Customer Service Officer/ Customer Service Assistant
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + AWS + Bonus + Transportation provided
- Duration: Permanent
- Customer coordinator (receives and coordinates orders, requests, or complaints from all customers).
- Ensure that DO is passed to the logistics or transport team.
- Order processing in GeO system.
- Order confirmation or acknowledgment.
- Issuance of manufacturing order for blending.
- Any ad-hoc as assigned.
- At least O Level and above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has chemical knowledge would be an advantage
