Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Airfreight)/ Airfreight Import Officer
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)
(Mon to Fri: 8:30am - 5.30pm) (Sat: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 12.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
Perform airline space reservations (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
Monitoring and following up on import shipments and checking shipment status regularly
Attending phone calls from customers
Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software
Arranging local handling services
Liaising with carriers
Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
Checking of warehouse goods
Perform duties as assigned by manager

Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Industry Preferred
Knowledge of incoterms (Preferable)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
