Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Booking of flights with airlines

\xc2\xb7 Arrangement of shipments with customers and contractors

\xc2\xb7 Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Handle all customers\' enquiries timely and effectively

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal operations to meet customers\' requirements

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with customers\' Standard Operating Procedures

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all data are updated correctly in system

\xc2\xb7 Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements

\xc2\xb7 Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year of experience in Airfreight and familiar with import and export process

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of Incoterms 2010 \xe2\x80\xa2

\xc2\xb7 A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Flexible / Adaptive to changes

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous to details

\xc2\xb7 Able to commit OT / weekend duties / after office hours coordination
