Job Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Able to multi-task while assisting customers and toggle between system application screens in a fast-paced environment.
