Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
- Greet customers and answer all customers’ enquiries (walk-ins, telephone, emails, etc.)
- Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar
- Call and send SMS reminders to customers to confirm their appointment
- Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
- Responsible for outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
- Excellent conduct to represent and uphold our company’s reputation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
- Must have pleasing personality and a good Customer Service attitude
