Our client is a global FMCG MNC, one of the most leading players in the paint technology industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Officer to be part of their Customer Service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the multiple mediums such as phone, email or social media
  • Directing the customer to elaborate on their requirements using specific questions
  • Identify the issue faced by the customer and provide the right support ticket in the system
  • Understand the required skills and knowledge required to resolve customer\'s problems
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to help resolve customers\' issues
  • Ad-hoc frontdesk duties as required
Job Requirements
  • Min diploma
  • Prior experience in call center/telemarketing role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
