Job Description

- Our Client, is an established MNC company
- Customer Service Officer (Concierge/Mall Counter)
- Location: Kallang Wave Mall, Singapore
- 6 days rotation shift jobs
- Basic Salary: up to $3000 (Based on experience)
- Bonus
- Long term contract, convertible
- O\'Level and above
- Candidates with/without experience welcome to apply
- Knowledge of local dialects
- Required to work 6 days rotating shift including weekends and public holidays
- Strong in customer oriented
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handling customer\'s feedback and complaints
- Perform in-house announcement
- Assisting mall event/promotions
- Mall communication facilities inspection
- Handling administrative duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
