Process letters and emails correspondences to customers upon request
Attend to incoming General Hotline calls
Manage customer enquires via livechats
Handle customer enquiries on payment arrangement and reconnection
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
Alternate Saturday, 8am to 1pm
Salary:
up to $2800 + bonus
Requirements:
Minimum O Level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
