Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Freight Forwarding)/ Customer Service Assistant
Working Location: Jalan Buroh (West)
Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (Alternate AM & PM shift), Alternate Saturday (7.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 7 pm)
Salary Package: Basic up to $2,600 + Medical + AWS + OT Pay
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers and overseas agents)
Perform airlines space reservations (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
Monitoring and following up on import shipments and checking shipment status regularly
Attending phone calls from customers
Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software
Arranging local handling services
Liaising with carriers
Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanisms: Monthly reports
Perform duties as assigned by the manager

At least 1 year of relevant experience
At least \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level and above
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of incoterms is preferred
