The Opportunity:

2. Shift hours (earliest 7.45am, end latest 11pm)

At our client\'s workplace, inclusivity and friendliness are the heartbeat of their culture. As a Customer Relations Officer, your role will involve assisting customers regarding any requests/enquiries and resolving them.

The Job:

  • Sale of cards and allied products at ticket ffices located at various MRT stations or bus interchange
  • Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
The Talent:

Minimum GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Level * Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers

Customer service mindset * Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
