Handles phone-manning
Data entries and record keeping
Provide best solution or alternative to complaints
Work closely with operations department
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Possess IT knowledge
Good listening skills
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Good team player with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, meticulous, and independent
Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
