Job Responsibilities
First point of contact for customers who require technical assistance on phone, email, ecommerce, social media
Assist the customer in articulating their requirements via carefully designed questions
Accurately identify the issue encountered by the customer to provide the right support
Understand the necessary skills and abilities to resolve customer\'s issues
Coordinate with internal support teams to help resolve customers\' concerns
Follow-up and update customer details
Passing on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the respective internal teams
Preparation of simple monthly reports for feedback to supervisor
Job Requirements
Min 2 years experience in customer service or customer support
Proficient in MS Office
