1. Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).2. Other administrative duties includes preparation of patients\xe2\x80\x99 case file, liaise with internal and external partners to arrange appointments (specialists, radiology etc)3. Provide patient care services such as measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure, eye tests, ECG, audiometry etc4. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned e.g. Tracing & filing of laboratory/ radiology/ other results, archive medical reports when completed5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter and common areas.Key Accountabilities1. A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills2. Ensure accurate registration and dispensing of health screening packagesRequirements1. Minimum O levels or equivalent.2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.3. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.4. Prior experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous.5. 5.5 day work week.
