Job Description


:

1. Concierge service, manage telephone calls, walk in queries from students and parents.

2. Attend to the needs of students, e.g., apply simple first aid dressings.

3. Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.

4. Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, items to teachers and staff.

5. Assist with daily office opertions such as checking on deliveries, distributing food supplies to needy students in school, liaising with teachers on parents\' queries, following up on student absenteeism and other simple administrative tasks such as laminating.

6. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Working Arrangement:

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 6 hours per day; 1st shift from 7am-1pm, 2nd shift from 10.30am-4.30pm.

Service not required during school holidays (March, May/June, September, November/December) and on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Requirements:

Skills: Able to work independently, possess good communication skills.

Knowledge of email system, MS Word and MS Excel are pre-requisites.

Experience: Minimally 3 years of experience in customer service and administration work. Prior working experience in schools would be an advantage.
