Job Description


Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 (depending on relevant experiences)
  • Annual Wage Supplement
  • Annual Leave: 21 Days
  • Performance Bonus (Up to 2 Months)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Location: Newton (walking distance from MRT)
  • Well-known MNC Investment Bank with great career progression
Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and occasional walk-in
  • Manage escalations, complaints and feedback received
  • Support night desk duties occasionally (time-off provided)
  • Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
  • Participate in process improvement sessions and support delivery of client experience initiatives
  • Make recommendations to improve or streamline current change practices to improve the customer experience, team productivity or operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable to work night shifts occasionally
  • Call centre experience will be an added advantage
