Basic Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 (depending on relevant experiences)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
Provide quality support for incoming enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and occasional walk-in
Manage escalations, complaints and feedback received
Support night desk duties occasionally (time-off provided)
Take ownership of client issues and follow through to resolution
Participate in process improvement sessions and support delivery of client experience initiatives
Make recommendations to improve or streamline current change practices to improve the customer experience, team productivity or operational efficiency
Requirements:
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Comfortable to work night shifts occasionally
Call centre experience will be an added advantage
