Customer Service Officer (logistics) ($2500 $3000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$3K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Collaborate with clients on inquiries regarding shipment and delivery.
- Offer quick and expert responses to all client inquiries and issues.
- Promptly and accurately enter all job orders into the system.
- Create accurate and timely job instructions for the operations team based on client requests.
- Communicate with various internal departments and external contractors as needed.
- Plan operations like container trucking for import/export shipments, considering the complexity of the goods, and arrange for special equipment like cranes.
- Regularly monitor and update vessel information through Port net.
- Establish and uphold strong relationships with clients to meet their needs.
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
