Job Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Customer Service Officer to join their Customer Service team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible.





Responsibilities:



Act as the main contact for key clients, managing inquiries, issues, and special requests. Oversee end-to-end order tracking to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and internal teams to resolve logistics challenges. Provide shipment updates and handle potential service disruptions. Mentor junior staff, support training, and improve SOPs. Prepare service performance reports and suggest process improvements. Ensure compliance with SLAs, policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:


Min 2 years of customer service experience in logistics industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Min Diploma and above
