Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service to customers
- Attend to customers\' enquiries and complaints
- In-charge of customers\' appointment confirmation and reminder
- Provide administrative support
- Update clients records in the system
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Professional Certificate/ NITEC in any field.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in customer service
- Prior working experience in beauty retail industry will be ideal
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel Skills
