Responsibilities
  • Provide good customer service to customers
  • Attend to customers\' enquiries and complaints
  • In-charge of customers\' appointment confirmation and reminder
  • Provide administrative support
  • Update clients records in the system
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement
  • Professional Certificate/ NITEC in any field.
  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in customer service
  • Prior working experience in beauty retail industry will be ideal
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel Skills
