Job Description
Our client is a leading player in education administration programs. As the company scales, they are looking to bring on a Customer Service Officer who can help support them through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.
Duties
- Answering to call customers and clients enquiries and escalate them to relevant departments.
- Transferring of phone calls to the relevant department.
- Answer all clients\' inquiries regarding Quotations and Orders
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess minimally a Diploma with customer service experience
