Duties
Answering to call customers and clients enquiries and escalate them to relevant departments.
Transferring of phone calls to the relevant department.
Answer all clients\' inquiries regarding Quotations and Orders
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess minimally a Diploma with customer service experience
