Job Summary:

• Located at Hougang
• 5 Days Work Week
• AWS, VB
• Up to $3,300
• Transport Provided at West, East, North, NorthEast

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing and fulfillment, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
• Respond to customer emails regarding queries, feedback, or order placements within one working day.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer complaints or feedback as needed, collaborating with Senior staff and Regulatory & QSHE teams efficiently and independently.
• Ensure the availability of certificates of analysis or compliance and apply inspection status as required.
• Prepare, generate, and share customer reports accurately and on time.
• Collect and maintain sales data and an up-to-date database of customer contacts.
• Maintain an organized filing and retrieval system for easy access to work documents when needed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or Logistics and Supply Chain
• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
