Customer Service Officer (part Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1)

Guest Assistance - Assist guests with ticket redemption upon arrival at the counter

2)

Tour Coordination - Guide guests to board the sightseeing bus and DUKW boat and ensure smooth onboarding

3)

Bus Onboarding Support - Provide directions and assistance to guests boarding the sightseeing bus

4)

Attendance Checking - Verify guest bookings and attendance before departure

5)

Cashiering Duties - Handle daily opening and closing of the cashier system

6)

Customer Service - Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

7)

Upselling & Promotions - Promote additional tour services and upsell packages to guests

8) Other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:



- Prior experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus

- Must be able to work on

weekends and public holidays



- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-orientated mindset with problem-solving skills

- Students are welcome to apply

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
