Job Description
Bubs & Tots is a leading baby and toddler swim school specializing in equipping children under the age of 5 years old with the skills they need for their first foray into the underwater world. We are looking for Part-Time Customer Service Officers to join our growing team at SAFRA Punggol for weekends. As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for simple administrative duties such as:
- Collecting fees, registering new students
- Checking attendance records
- Dealing with sales enquiries, liaising with parents and existing students, and
- Handling Email, Phone and walk-in enquiries
- Any duties as assigned
- Part-Time
- 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM OR/AND 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend availability
Part-time hours: 5 - 10 per week Salary: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits:
