The Role
Location: Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital
Working hrs: 5.5days office hrs
Assist in the management of customer service at registration & booking office.
Key accountabilities
- Performs duties of Customer Service Officer by providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Ensure telephone courtesy and patient confidentiality at all time.
- Ensure handover of information is complete and timely
- Performs efficient and accurate patient registration
- Ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
- Work closely with other staff of the department to ensure total patient care is met.
- Other assignments as and when required
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum N\'level or equivalent
- Language competency
- Computer literacy
- Customer service oriented
