We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer (Quality Service) for our Little India location. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for delivering quality service. Location: Little India Working Hours: Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm Friday : 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: Up to $2,250 per month 6 months contract Roles:
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently through our hotlines, email, and webchat.
- Contribute to monitoring the performance of the contact center and support efforts to streamline operational processes.
- Assist in auditing calls and contribute to quality service calibration.
- Provide outstanding customer service, promptly and professionally addressing escalations and feedback.
- Take on any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- Hold a diploma.
- Possess a tech-savvy orientation with a customer-centric, proactive, and positive working attitude.
- Demonstrate strong communication and written skills.
- Have previous experience working in a contact center.
