Job Description

Near to Promenade MRT 4 days\xe2\x80\x99 work week (10 am - 10 pm) \xe2\x80\x93 Report at 9:30am * will change to 5 days (8.5 hrs/per) in July/Sept period Must be willing to work on public holiday and weekends. Opportunity for career progression Marketing Communication Executive A diploma in fields in hospitality, marketing communication or business administration

  • Manning of the officer tower reception counters and retail mall information counters \xe2\x80\x93 including basic operations of systems e.g. office turnstile, BI CRM.
  • Must maintain a positive, courteous, and professional image at all times.
  • Provide directional assistance to internal/external shoppers.
  • Assist with mall redemptions and activities.
  • Responsible for handling all redemption, and ensuring inventories & counter stocks are tallied in the CRM.
  • Ensure that mall collaterals are replenished daily.
  • Ensure all reports are accurately recorded \xe2\x80\x93 inventory, redemption transactions, shift reports, lost & found, enquiries log.
  • Resolve receipt dispute issues by liaising with merchants and shoppers.
  • Respond to Live Chat and online enquiries, including feedback related to general enquiries and points accreditation.
  • Engage shoppers during counter visits and loyalty program.
  • Assist with tenant liaison for the following:
i) Calls to tenants to promote lease of Space & Ad Sites (KPI: Call rate and leads churned). ii) Engagement with tenants for participation (promos, deals, physical activations) in upcoming campaigns iii) Engage and train tenants and onboarding, including basic program training.
  • Respond to in-bound casual leasing enquiries for atrium space through online platforms (KPI: Enquiry response time & responsiveness)
  • Follow up on leasing leads for pushcart and vending machines:
i) Secure booking of pushcarts and vending machines, subject to approval of merchandise category by Revenue team (KPI: Closing rate). ii) Site walk and inspection of vendor operations What it Takes:
  • A diploma in fields in hospitality, marketing communication or business administration or relevant field
  • No experience required as training will be provided
  • Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for service
  • Able to perform rotating shifts and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Be on the departmental standby roster and be present for duty (if required)
