**We do have CS at West & North**

\xc2\xb7 Effectively handle and manage customers\' feedbacks and complaints

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services

\xc2\xb7 Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy

\xc2\xb7 Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department

\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing

\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties or projects assigned

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience in service-related industry

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
