Responsibilities: Assist customers by answering and suggesting about product and service enquiries Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Handle sales documentations Administrative and Reporting (Machines, Ukon, Accessories) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers' complaints Manage incoming phone calls and emails Responsible for data entry for Machine and Ukon supplement sales through Enagic system Manage daily accessories sales through POS system Build sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication Handle sales payment - Credit card, Net, cheques, and online shopping Assist in repair and maintenance Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Branch Manager Requirements: Diploma in any discipline Candidate with Customer Service experience is an added advantage Willing to learn, team oriented, and positive attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Patient, ability to multi-task, and possess problem solving, telephone and documentation skills Computer knowledge and skills such as Excel is a plus point HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on 'Apply Now' or email to [HIDDEN TEXT] to submit your resume.
