Location: Near Serangoon MRT


Working Days: 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays)


Working Hours: Retail hours, 44 hours per week

Job Summary



We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from enquiry to appointment. This role involves managing front-desk operations, handling transactions, and providing administrative support.





Key Responsibilities



Attend to customer enquiries via calls and walk-ins. Manage customer appointments, including bookings, rescheduling, and reminders. Handle invoicing, payment collection, and daily settlement duties. Perform data entry and assist with report consolidation for submission.

Job Requirements



Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit. Preferably with relevant experience; fresh candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
